Job Summary

Shambaugh & Son L.P. is seeking a Service Account Manager who will be responsible for managing National accounts, Service sales, and Inspection sales.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned National Accounts
  • Schedule Inspections or Service with customer and office location/service partner
  • Manage warranty issues with assistance of National Service Manager as required
  • Assist in onboarding process with service partners
  • Service Sales/Inspection Sales on assigned accounts
  • Work with Billing Specialist for account support
  • Other duties assigned

Qualifications

  • Marketing or sales degree preferred
  • Fire Protection experience a plus
  • Valid driver’s license and excellent driving record
  • Must be disciplined and self-motivated
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Experience with Microsoft 0365 applications
  • Must have good computer technical experience
