ABA Technician/Registered Line Technician (RLT) Job at A New Day ABA Therapy Center
A New Day ABA Therapy Center is seeking a highly qualified Registered Line Technician (RLT)/ABA Technician for our growing ABA program!! RLTs are responsible for implementing treatment programs for children on the autism spectrum and their families receiving applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy.
Full-time and Part-time positions available. Hourly wage is based on experience and skills. Opportunities for advancement!
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 1 year of experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis treatment to children with autism (PREFERRED but not required)
- High School Diploma (REQUIRED), Bachelors degree preferred
- Experience working with children or individuals with intellectual disabilities
- Reliable transportation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible schedule based on client's need
- Professional, motivated, organized, creative, team player
- Must pass drug screen and be able to be registered with the state licensing board
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Upon hire complete online training for Registered Behavior Technicians
- Manage client and family services based on policies and procedures
- Completion of all required documentation
- Maintain positive working relationship with family and client
- Track and report time spent in direct contact with clients and time spent preparing documents, reports, and other materials related to clients
- Work cooperatively and courteously with all staff
- Report to behavior analyst on client progress and offer feedback
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
