This position may be a great opportunity for individuals with the following experience: nanny, babysitter, or camp counselor.
Typical Job Duties:

• Work 1:1 and in small group with young children diagnosed with autism
• Implement programs developed by a Licensed Behavior Analyst to teach children communication, social, early learner, and other daily living skills
• Work as a team with other therapists and under the supervision of a Licensed Behavior Analyst in the classroom

Work Schedule

• Typical work week is 35 to 40 hours.
• Monday to Friday
• No nights and No weekends

Qualifications:

• Required: High school diploma.

• Preferred: Bachelors in a related field such as Family and Child Studies, Psychology, Education, Speech-Language Pathology, or Kinesiology.

• 1-year experience working with children.
• Strong verbal communication skills (speaking & listening) and strong interpersonal skills.
• No past criminal history.
• Reliable transportation & proof of auto insurance.

BIG is a small BCBA owned learning center made up of a team of professionals dedicated to providing high-quality ABA services to change the lives of young children diagnosed with autism or other developmental disabilities and their families. Our highly trained line technicians, BCaBAs, and BCBAs are provided with the unique opportunity to work within our CABAS® accredited facility where we utilize the research system-wide CABAS® methodology. Because of our classroom settings, clients have access to typically developing peers and BCBAs have a low caseload of clients who are grouped by age.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
