Full Job Description
GulfSouth Autism Center is searching for an organized Accounting Clerk. Ideal candidates should have experience with A/R and some A/P. GulfSouth Autism Center is a growing company looking to add a team member who can grow with the company. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, motivated, personable, and have experience in the Accounting field.
Primary Duties
- Assist with Accounts Payable/Receivable
- Data Entry of CC logs
- Obtain details of electronic insurance payments via carrier portals
- Data Entry of insurance payments
- Daily bank feeds and reconciliations
- Enter financial transactions into the internal database
- Prep daily bank deposits
- Special projects when requested
