About Wisteria Haus
Wisteria Haus is a small, close-knit assisted living community that has been operating in the Two Rivers community for more than 20 years. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate good judgment that are in the resident's best interest when it comes to assisting with activities of daily living & decision making
- Assist with meal preparation, preparation of the dining room, serving of the meals and subsequent clean up
- Preform light household cleaning
- Administration of medications
- Practice the standard precautions of infection control at all times
- Adhere to procedures for fire, life safety, disaster, work safety and other emergency procedures as indicated
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Dedication and passion to serve seniors with excellent customer service skills
- Positive attitude and the flexibility to perform various duties in service to the residents
- Continually demonstrating the core values of Wisteria Haus: providing assistance in a non-intrusive and unassuming manner, treating residents with dignity, respect, and kindness
- Caregiving Experience (preferred)
- CBRF Certification (preferred)
**While experience and certifications are a plus, we are willing to hire and pay for training for the right candidate**
Job Type: Part-time
