Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. This means that responsibilities of the job need to be performed onsite on a regular basis.

This role will ensure full compliance with EVMS and IMS monitoring, status, and reporting requirements. These duties are performed within a fully integrated team environment and will include regular interactions with the F133 Sustainment Program Management Site and Depot Activation Hardware Program Management Level 3.

Additionally, the role will support F135 Sustainment Program execution team with collection, review and analysis of key contract performance health data for the overall sustainment contract value stream. Individual will lead and participate in organizational alignment with all key stakeholders to drive resolution of process deficiencies to improve key product & process quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Level 3 WBS Owner for 06-01 Site and Depot Activation Contracts
  • Execute control account management function in accordance with Pratt & Whitney EVMS monthly business rhythm, including but not limited to; calculating estimates to complete (ETCs), creating Budget Change Requests (BCR), identifying risks and opportunities, and reporting cost and schedule variances.
  • Support program reviews including but not limited to; EAC reviews, Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), and IMS reviews.
  • Budget Change Request (BCR) processing.
  • IMS analysis (horizontal & vertical) and IMS status.
  • Estimate At Completion (EAC) analysis, and Cost and Schedule Variance Analysis.
  • Actively participate in the F135 Sustainment Requirements Working Group to develop and refine contract requirements, as needed.
  • Collaborate with F135 program management team to develop Basis of Estimates (BOEs) for Sustainment contract efforts.
  • Collaborate and complete F135 PMO management manpower estimate for Life Cycle Cost submittal and identify cost reduction opportunities.

Sustainment Contract Support:

  • Act as host and communicate requirements for monthly business rhythm deliverables reminders, meetings, and actions. For program office and execution support teams
  • Facilitate, host, and drive recurring business activities including comprehensive estimate at complete review and ad hoc analysis as required by the sustainment program managers.
  • Facilitate, host and drive ISMT internal chart reviews including updating Program and Project Performance data.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Program Management Disciplines required.
  • A minimum 5 years of experience working in a technical industry and earned value management environment including Project Management skills required.
  • US Citizenship is required due to government contracts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced Degree in Engineering, Business Management, Operations Management, or Program Management preferred
  • Earned Value Management RAM compliance.
  • CORE or Value Stream mapping experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a formal capacity.
  • CORE Apprentice and/or Quality Management System certification preferred.
