The Qualifying Houses serves male and female students who reside in single-family homes and attend a central school location for education and therapy. Students are supported and encouraged to be members of their community as they prepare to return home.

What you’ll do:
As a Youth Support Worker/Awake Night Staff you will be assigned to supervise youth during sleeping hours. Ensures the Youth's health, safety, and welfare needs which are met by conducting a physical walk through the living group and documenting a youth count every 7 to 15 minutes to ensure that youth are present and safe.
To be considered, you should:

• Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect.
• Must have a Bachelor's degree or at least 1 year experience working with a similar population.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have a desire to work with troubled teens.
• Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
