Hinshaw & Culbertson, a leading national law firm, is seeking an associate or Litigation Counsel (Staff Attorney) with 1-3 years of workers' compensation experience for its West Los Angeles or Downtown Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will have a general knowledge of the California workers' compensation system and will have superior writing, research and analytical skills. Deposition and/or trial experience is a plus. The associate will be responsible for managing the legal defense of claims from inception to final resolution, including all aspects of discovery and litigation. This is a great opportunity for candidates seeking a high level of responsibility in an exciting practice. California bar admission is required.
