Position: Windows Help Desk - Level I

The Opportunity: The Windows Help Desk - Level I will be responsible for supporting desktop users, patching, and remediating security vulnerabilities. Additionally, the candidate will be empowered to assist and grow in various System Administrator level technologies with new technologies to learn including, Azure, AWS, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, VMWare, Netapp, F5, Imperva, Cisco, and many more.
What You Will Do:

• Provide Windows 10 and Mac technical support for on-premises and remote workforce
• Manage and repair PC’s, laptops, monitors, docking stations, printers, and tablets
• Assist the Systems Administrator team with AD, Exchange, O365, SharePoint, Networking, Wi-Fi, etc
• Perform employee onboarding and user management in Active Directory
• Support IT Security teams with mitigating and resolving security vulnerabilities
• Develop automated desktop and laptop images
• Create and maintain technical documentation

The Experience You Will Bring:

• High school diploma
• 1+ years of Help Desk experience
• Strong expertise in desktop systems including hardware and software
• 1+ years of experience supporting at least one of the following technologies: MS Intune, MS SharePoint, MS SQL, MS Exchange Server, PowerShell Scripting, Automation, Kace Patching
• Team oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment; a strong collaborator who is willing to share ideas, build documentation, and implement best practices

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications: A+, Security+, MCP, CCNA
