Territory Sales Representative – Institutional Laundry
With over a century of success servicing some of the largest institutional laundries in North America, George Courey Inc. is looking for a talented experienced Sales Representative servicing the Mid-West of the USA.
Reporting to the Institutional Laundry Sales Manager USA, our US Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new prospects, soliciting, selling, managing and implementing textile solutions to institutional laundries. Roles and Responsibilities
· Development vs Maintenance: 80% vs 20%
· Making outbound sales calls for the purpose of prospecting, converting and breaking into new accounts or maintaining existing ones
· Consulting and educating your clients on various product lines, while establishing long-term relationships
· Being on the road up to 50% of your time, actively driving the full sales cycle, from initial contact to close
· Achieving assigned revenue budgets
· Achieving established key KPIs
· Maintaining records of all client interactions and sales pipeline in the company’s CRM
· Participates in trade shows, conventions, and regional industry related associations and meetings
Qualifications and Experience
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business strongly preferred
· A minimum of 5 years of territory management or business development experience required
· Track record of sales growth and quota attainment
· Ability to work independently out of a home office
· Well organized and self-directed
· Ability to travel throughout the USA to meet with existing and prospective customers
· High level of integrity
· Demonstrated ability to grow industrywide relationships by providing insights and advice, including presentations and trainings
· Very good knowledge and network within the institutional laundry industry an asset
· Strategic selling and closing skills within the institutional laundry industry an asset
· Computer proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point and a CRM software a must
· Knowledge of NetSuite an asset
· Valid driver’s license
