Warehouse Associate – Night Operations

Standard Beverage is expanding our Lawrence Distribution facility adding an additional 110,000 sf with the only climate-controlled distribution facility in the area (including air conditioning), state of the art employee lounge with dining area, lockers, private showers and free amenities. Our employees enjoy a 4-day work week, Monday through Thursday nights, with weekends off! Shift runs from approximately 6pm to 4am. Open positions on our night shift include:

· Forklift drivers

· Order pickers

· Order selectors

· Loaders

The most important qualities we are looking for in candidates are team players who are dependable, have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment. Past warehouse experience is preferred but not required. If you are coachable and dependable, WE WANT YOU!

· $18.00-$22.50 per hour starting pay depending on position and experience

Job responsibilities may include:

· Accurately picking orders on pick lines using printed pick labels, RF guns or voice command software

· Placing individual cases onto conveyor lines while maintaining product quality

· Operating a forklift or cherry picker to pull product (forklift driver positions only)

· Operating a forklift to replenish picking locations and move product throughout the warehouse

· Loading product securely onto trailers by floor stacking cases and pallets

· Utilize electric pallet jack to load pallets on trailers

· Cross-training and working with other departments as necessary

· Meeting all productivity requirements

· Maintaining a clean, neat, and orderly work area

· Following standard operating procedures and adhering to all safety standards

· General housekeeping and sanitation tasks will be required

Requirements:

· Must be able to report for all assigned shifts

· Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds repeatedly and stand/walk continuously for 8-10 hours

· Must be able to perform tasks efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment

· Must be able to communicate and interact well with coworkers and managers

· Must be at least 18 years old

· Employment contingent upon pre-employment drug screening, background check
