Vibrant Technologies is a fast-growing Twin Cities-based reseller of new and used Server, Storage and Networking equipment. From our warehouse, tech center and offices in Eden Prairie, MN (near Highway 62 and 212), we deliver IT hardware to corporations and resellers worldwide.

Vibrant Technologies, Inc. is seeking an individual to work Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm as a Warehouse Associate. We are looking to fill this position quickly.

No prior experience required, but you must have a good work ethic, attention to detail and a positive attitude working in a fast-paced team environment. All candidates must be able to lift 60 pounds and to stand for the bulk of your shift.

The position will entail working full time to serve as a Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator. You will be trained on warehouse tools including, but not limited to, forklifts, stock picker lifts, pallet jacks and shrink wrap. Tasks will include warehouse organization, material handling, pallet consolidation, operating the forklift & relocating items between 2 warehouses. You will also be assisting shipping, receiving & technical departments with the organization of pallets and other products and to maintain clear aisles for warehouse transit. Along with warehouse maintenance & other miscellaneous tasks as needed.

We are looking for a candidate who is detail oriented, able to work on multiple tasks concurrently, can prioritize work or seek out assistance with prioritization as needed. Can work independently or with a team. The candidate must be physically able to perform heavy lifting and manual labor on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

• Drive a forklift.
• Warehouse organization and maintenance.
• Locate and relocate inventory as needed for warehouse efficiency.
• Assist Tech center with pulling down and putting up pallets as needed.
• Warehouse tasks.
• Communication with staff members regarding warehouse projects.
• Maintain an orderly and clean warehouse while following OSHA requirements.

This position will be a full time position with medical, dental, and vision benefits available after 60 days, personal time off, plus a 401k matching program available after 90 days.
