Warehouse Associate Job at Medical Distribution Group, Inc.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery/pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
- Receive product in
- Perform inventory controls while maintaining high quality standards
- Keep a clean and safe working environment while optimizing space utilization
- Maintain warehouse logs
- Daily, weekly, quarterly and yearly cycle counts.
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and management
- Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment
- Adhere to quality standards, processes, and rules and regulations set by FDA and the company.
Requirements and skills
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience
- Proficient with inventory software (Quickbooks), and shipping software (UPS/Fedex)
- Minimum 1 year of data entry
- Good organization, and time management skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 40 pounds, stand on feet for 8 hours, and operate warehouse equipment
- Ability to read and understand standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Current forklift license (or current within the last year)
- Current driver license for state of Florida
- High school degree or equivalent
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
