We're expanding our video editing team and are looking for a full-time video editor. This position will work with five other videographers/editors on our in-house team, creating product advertisements, product demos, and training videos for our founders, Cody and Pace. The atmosphere is casual and professional.

What Will Our Video Editor Look Like?

Who you are:

• Creative

• Can work in a common shared space ( a loud/collaborative space )
• Can update video projects in a timely
• Think outside the box
• Up to date on trends related to social media / YouTube and other platforms
• Working towards great goals in and out of work. We want to move the needle forward here.

Who you are not:

• A person who is afraid to speak up
• Someone who wants a standard 9-5 that has all the structures in place
• Someone who needs a lot of hand-holding
• Someone unwilling to experiment with new strategies or trends
• Someone who has difficulty with ambiguity and uncertainty
• Someone who has a rigid mindset and is resistant to new ideas

Gotta Have:

• Two years of video editing experience
• Two years of Adobe Premiere Experience
• Ability to collaborate with a team
• Excellent writing and communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience or knowledge in Real Estate or Investing
• Experience with video production
• Experience with graphic design
• Knowledge and experience with social media analytics tools and metrics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
