Veterinary Technician

Seeking a Veterinary Technician to join our talented and friendly team!

We are looking for an exceptional individual who has strong client service skills and who thrives within a busy, friendly team. Our technicians educate clients, assist the veterinarians in exams and procedures, monitor anesthesia and surgical procedures, perform in-house lab work, and much, much more!

Our ideal candidate should:

• Have recent veterinary technician experience including knowledge of basic veterinary procedures and terminology, surgical/anesthesia prepping and monitoring experience, and understanding of wellness needs
• Be punctual and considerate of those around them
• Understand and embrace emotional intelligence
• Communicate effectively and with confidence!
• Be resilient and ready to tackle any challenges head on
• Have a sincere desire to help pets and their people

• Dependable attendance needed
• Must be able to work shifts that support hospital business hours and until all patients have been discharged
• Potentially subject to hazardous chemicals
