Qualified candidates will be:
- Able to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in verbal and written English language
- Bi-lingual (preferred but not required)
- Solid in their communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to read, write and effectively communicate with vehicle sellers, peers, and management
- Effective with their communication skills by telephone and in-person
- Customer service focused
- Able to multi-task and be attentive to sellers while remaining flexible to the changing needs of the business
- Able to take initiative independent of direct supervision as well as working as a part of our team
- Focused and skilled at paying attention to details
- Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
Physical demands: The purchasing portion of the position involves understanding of a computer-based bidding system for vehicle purchasing. The inventory portion of the position involves moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing throughout the day and may occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching.
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
