Job Objective:
To provide safe and timely transportation for NuPath program participants to and from their work sites and/or residences.
Essential Skills:
Essential Skills:
- Ability to drive lengthy routes.
- Ability to assist program participants needing assistance to and from designated areas and in and out of NuPath vehicles.
- Must be able to be in attendance every day.
- Must be able to successfully relate, teach and further develop skills with the people served, engage positively with members of their households and their families, and to respect and implement the NuPath Mission.
- The person in this position must be able to read, write and speak English, visually monitor and ensure the safety of individuals, and act in a polite, courteous and professional manner at all times.
- Must adhere to all NuPath policy and procedures.
- Maintains MART compliance which requires drug screening.
Education/Experience Requirements:
Valid MA or NH driver's license and clean driving record required. Experience with driving vans strongly preferred.
