The Validation Technician will conduct a variety of electronic, mechanical, and electromechanical tests on electronic systems, subassemblies, and parts to ensure unit functions according to specifications or to determine cause of unit failure.
Position Summary
- Conducts electrical test on subassemblies and finished goods to determine functionality and/or cause of failure of products
- Documents inspection and repair information per company procedure.
- Assist Manufacturing Engineer and Production Supervisors to improve production yields.
- Learn and utilize company software to test assemblies and finished goods.
- Tests functional performance of systems, subassemblies, and parts under specified environmental conditions such as temperature change, vibration, pressure, and humidity.
