UPS - Oak Creek, WI is hiring warehouse package handlers!
$19.00 / hour
Normal Shifts:
Sunrise/Preload (3:30 AM - 8:30 AM)
Day (11:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
Twilight (5:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
Night (11:00 PM - 4:00 AM)
Due to the volume of packages, start times can vary, week to week. Please create a mindset that you will need to be available earlier than your desired shift's start time, some weeks. But remember, anything over 5 hours, in one day, is time and a half! We do what it takes to get packages delivered!
Who exactly are UPS - Oak Creek warehouse package handlers? They are a diverse, collaborative, energetic team who enjoy fast-paced work!
So, what does it take to make it through a busy shift moving boxes and packages?
- Footwear – Work boots or shoes with sturdy leather uppers (ankle boots) with good soles.
- Stay Hydrated – This is a very physical position! You will be lifting up to 70lb packages, lowering and bending throughout your shift. You will get paid for a workout!
- Dress Appropriately – Dress for the weather. Wear layered clothing (ex. shorts or pants, t-shirt with hoodie, no loose clothing) it’s dangerous.
- Attendance Policy – You are required to report to work every day you are scheduled to work. We depend on you, we need you!
