POSITION LOCATED IN SAN RAFAEL, CA. BI-LINGUAL REQUIRED.
The Travel Navigator assists customers by providing informaiton and trip planning assistance.
Responsibilities:
- Provide counseling, information, resources, and a high level of customer service
- Coordinate and assess eligibility for all programs
- Provide information and referral services, trip planning, and technical assistance so that passengers can select the most appropriate option to make their trips
- Other duties as required
Education, Licensing, and Certifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, such as GED, required
Experience:
- BI-LINGUAL REQUIRED
- Possess some level of cross-training across Call Center duties
- Understand the full suite of Marin Access programs
- Understand requirements of the ADA
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Completed specific training for working with clients with disabilities
Pre-Employment Requirements:
- Must submit to drug testing and a background check
