Transload Operator Job at Tactical Cleaning Company
** $1,000 Sign-On Bonus!!**
** Must be comfortable working in small confined spaces, heights, using a respirator mask, and physical labor.
The Operator performs specified tasks at the facility to meet safety, quality, and efficiency goals while staying in compliance with the policies and procedures of Tactical Cleaning. Safely executes loading and unloading between truck, rail, and storage of various commodities, which may include, not limited to a variety of bulk liquids and dry products and chemicals at an assigned facility.
This position will also be cross trained in all aspects of railcar cleaning and the inspection, care and maintenance of equipment used in the cleaning process
The Operator is responsible for informing the Shop Manager of issues related to their assigned duties.
Working Conditions
While performing the essential functions of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to loud noise, moving machinery parts, outdoor weather conditions and elements, airborne particles and fumes from gas, oil, and grease, welding arcs: and/or frequently exposed burns.
Frequent lifting of railroad parts and other materials, equipment, and tools. The incumbent must be able to do any of the following for long periods of time: Sitting, Standing, Climbing, Walking, Lifting, Pulling, Crouching, and Crawling.
