Job Summary
Performs transcription of dictated physician data and enters appropriately into electronic health record templates as created by individual physicians.
Accurately enters data into specified template fields per individual physician preference with an accurate rate of 98% or greater.
Ability to transcribe from medical dictation.
Knowledge to perform this job is usually obtained through experience in transcription of at least 1 year or experience through school courses.
