Our client will pay up to 130K, depending on experience. They may have some flexibility for more experience. They offer a lucrative year end bonus. The company has a 4 days in office and 1 day remote hybrid work schedule.
Job Summary:
The Transaction Administrator will work under the guidance of the Firm’s Corporate Counsel and support the Firm’s legal and investment teams. The position involves transactional work, on-going operational matters, and corporate governance.
Responsibilities:
- Track, calendar and maintain various organizational documents and records, including entity registration and qualification renewals, trademark applications and renewals, prepare and maintain EINs and W-9s for all entities
- Process legal invoices and service of process
- Support legal and investment team throughout transactions, including entity formation and state registrations, coordinating execution of signature pages, compiling fully executed documents and overseeing the preparation of closing binders
- Manage electronic data and hard copy documents, as well as respond to internal and external requests for information
- Provide other assistance to operations, legal and compliance teams as needed and take on additional responsibilities based on experience, abilities, and interests
- 2+ years of administrative experience and a 4-year college degree required
- Must be organized, detail-oriented and able to maintain comprehensive and accurate records
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with individuals at all organizational levels, including executives and senior management
- Demonstrate ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments under tight deadlines.
- Possess a strong client service mindset
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 application
