Summary:


The Total Rewards Analyst will be responsible for researching, analyzing, evaluating and administering the company's Total Rewards programs – including compensation, benefits, retirement, and other monetary and non-monetary rewards and recognition programs. The incumbent will also assess the market, internal conditions and government regulations to ensure overall programs are current, competitive and drive motivation and retention among our employees. Role is not limited to the above listed responsibilities and may include other duties as assigned.


Responsibilities:

  • Participates in benefit administration management to ensure a positive employee experience.
  • Manage third-party benefits relationships and partners with them to resolve issues, implement new plans, and maintain enrollment.
  • Assists in benefit plan administration in accordance with IRS and ERISA rules.
  • Assists in ensuring compliance with governmental agencies and preparing required filings and disclosures (i.e., Form 5500s, SARs, SMMs and SPDs)
  • Administers 401k plan, including coordinating non-discrimination testing and related annual audit.
  • Help to advise, counsel and educate employees and HR colleagues on LSPI’s Total Rewards policies, processes and programs.
  • Identify and propose recommendations to improve Total Rewards policy, process, and programs.
  • Perform analytical duties in a variety of compensation areas, including internal and external equity differentials, competitive pay practices; recommend policy and/or program changes.
  • Participate in the development, design and maintenance of the job evaluation process, including conducting job evaluations and providing recommendations to HR.
  • Administer compensation programs and policies as assigned.
  • Participate in compensation surveys that support the ongoing development of compensation programs; analyze results, interpret salary data, and develop recommendations to maintain market competitiveness.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of employment legislation influencing compensation and benefits.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or applicable discipline.
  • At least three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in Benefits Administration or Compensation.
