Primary Purpose and Function:

Content Lab is seeking an organized, self-motivated TikTok Campaign Assistant with strong written and oral communication skills to join our growing team. The objective of this role is to support the campaign manager and team in our influencer marketing campaigns with a focus on the gaming industry. The successful candidate is excited about the influencer space, will enjoy working in a fast-growing start-up environment and will effectively coordinate and collaborate across internal and external teams.

This job requires high attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. You will be great for this role if you easily stay on top of things and like to keep things organized

Job Responsibilities:

• Reach out and follow up with influencers and talent agencies to identify interest in a collaboration, negotiate, and ensure campaign success with a focus on the gaming industry

• Support campaign manager in answering questions from influencers and talent agencies

• Ensure all necessary information and documents are collected, documented and stored as needed to ensure campaign success

• Keep track and remind the team of important due dates, missing information and other roadblocks that might occur

• Conduct daily progress reports for a campaign as a whole but also per participating influencer

• Stay up-to-date with latest influencer marketing trends and bring your knowledge to the team

• Brainstorm ideas on process and campaign improvements with the team, and ideally make a difference in our growth

Job Qualifications:

• First experiences in managing influencer marketing campaigns on TikTok
• Strong passion for social media content and influencer marketing, especially TikTok
• Good knowledge of the influencer marketing industry on TikTok
• Good negotiation skills
• Good relationship building skills
• Good knowledge of the Google workspace
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to work independently, with a sense of autonomous ownership
• Fluency in written and spoken English, additional languages favorable

Location, Hours, and Compensation:

• Flexible work from home

• 30 - 40h a week

• This is a contracted position.
