The Beach Food Truck Supervisor will be responsible for the operation and supervision of Bogus Basin's food truck, located at the bottom of Pine Creek chairlift.

Essential Functions of the Job

• Manage, train, and develop all Beach outlet employees.
• Responsible for the daily operations of the food truck. Ensuring all employees follow in –house policies and procedures.
• Responsible for the care, maintenance and servicing of all equipment in assigned area of operations.
• Work with Lodge Manager to control inventory and labor cost through ordering and scheduling
• Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of food service areas in assigned area of operation.
• Understanding of local and federal health and safety standards.
• Demonstrated clerical skills and the manual dexterity to perform office functions including typing, 10-key and operation of office equipment.
• Promotes safety by following safe practices and reporting any unsafe conditions or situations while on premise.
• Ability to work inside and outside in all temperatures.
• Able to ski or snowboard at an intermediate or better ability.
• Ability to carry up to 30lbs backpack while skiing or snowboarding, if needed.

Non-Essential Functions of the Job

• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Ability to lift and support up to forty pounds. With the occasional stooping, crouching or kneeling.
• Ability to perform essential duties efficiently and accurately with reasonable accommodation and without injury or incumbent to others. At least a intermediate ski or snowboard ability. Food truck is located on the backside of the mountain accessed only by intermediate and advanced ski runs.
• Ability to complete multiple tasks and make sound decisions in a stressful environment in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a professional attitude toward guests and staff.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Working Conditions

• Outdoor environment, exposed to inclement winter weather and adverse conditions.

Schedule

• Schedule will vary based on needs of the department and operating hours. Weekends and holidays included.
