As a Test Officer, provide communications engineering expertise to CTSF in support of designing, operating, maintaining, and monitoring the integrity of the Test Floor Network and as necessary, external communications circuits that provide connectivity to Materiel Developer labs and/or Federated Net-Centric Sites (FaNS) test facilities. This support includes providing technical expertise in the areas of communications network engineering, satellite communications, C4ISR systems, architecture development and implementation, network analysis, and network operations. This position is located in Fort Hood, Texas; relocation assistance, while not guaranteed, may be available.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Serves as a team member of the Central Texas Support Facility (CTSF) test cell team in support of Army Interoperability Certification (AIC) located at Fort Hood TX.
• Provide subject matter expertise (SME) in the areas of Warfighting Functional Areas consistent with the Land War Net (LWN) Mission Command (MC) systems.
• Coordinate and collaborate test requirements, plans, data collection, and test reports.
• Facilitate and execute test plans, cases, observation, incident recording, analysis, and summation.
• Facilitating and documenting test coordination, readiness review, incident adjudication, and after action review.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• BS/BA Degree, 5+ years experience in Warfighter Functional Areas Systems / Tactical C4ISR systems
• SECRET Security Clearance
• Testing experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Kowledge of network functions and data flow
