OVERVIEW:

The Technology Solutions Coordinator works on customer sites in a variety of environments including new construction, remodels, and operating facilities. A Technology Solutions Coordinator also is responsible for complying with Encore standards for Safety and Customer Service. **A background or understanding of low voltage is preferred**

Compensation Range for this Role: $50,000 - $70,000 DOE

General Responsibilities

  • Maintain open communication lines with all working relationships
  • Follow up to ensure items for which the job is accountable are performed

Specific Responsibilities

  • Manage the Manpower schedule
  • Assist Manager in day to day coordination and management of business operations
  • Assist with the allocation of company vehicles
  • Assist with the management of service required by customers
  • Manage service vehicles
  • Assist with the scheduling of training for specific employees
  • Assist with Service and small projects
  • Coordinating
  • Will work independently or as part of a team, able and willing to take direction and execute those directives effectively and efficiently
  • Coordinating with Service manager in order to keep service needs met
  • Communicate with Project Manager in order to facilitate Manpower needs
  • Knowledge of each employee and skillset in order to schedule them at the appropriate jobsite
  • Coordinate last minute job site manpower requirements
  • Oversee all Manpower changes
  • Ensure each jobsite has the appropriate Manpower and skillset to complete the job within the timeline

Read and understand basic scopes of work, including:

  • Managing/updating manpower schedule
  • Tracking progress on projects
  • Troubleshoot issues that arise daily
  • Oversee special projects and other duties as assigned
  • Perform effectively on specific installation tasks
  • Possess a basic understanding of industry relative tools

Requirements :

This position requires a minimum of high school diploma or equivalent with two years of experience in a Technology Construction related field and/or Bachelors degree being preferred. Formal education in Electronics or related field is also preferred.
