Responsibilities:
- The project entails work on 300+ transit buses.
- Technicians will need to replace vehicle headlights and replace auxiliary heater exhaust pipes.
- 2+ years of experience in either electrical, HVAC or another related field
- Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of multi-plex systems.
- Ability to work from blueprints, process sheets, schematics, and instructions as required
- Electrical troubleshooting skills and experience
- Experience with electrical wiring, circuit testing, troubleshooting and general repair
- General knowledge of transit bus/hybrid and/or electric drive systems ideal but not necessary
Pay: $25.00/hour and up
- Travel to various depots required (around the Washington, DC area is required)
- Technician must provide tools, laptop, and use their personal vehicle for travel.
