CSA+Capstone is seeking a Technical Modernization Lead to join our team, to work with our Government clients, understand their architecture, help them strategize their modernization approach, and help them achieve their goals to modernize their environment.

Our Modernization Lead will help our Government client make sense of the complex digital landscape and how technology and process modernization can benefit their programs and users. Establish and maintain trusted relationships with our clients, and set up engagements to be successful. Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver user-centered solutions to complex problems and help our clients to develop their own capacity for continuous innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Executing and delivering onsite technical tasks with customers (solution installation and analysis of those solutions)
  • Building high-quality technological solutions and architectures for our customers
  • Providing technical assistance to support the development teams
  • Acquiring a working knowledge of new technologies and third-party applications to improve customer solutions
  • Writing design, sizing, and operation documentation


Qualifications

  • Expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)
  • Working knowledge of Altiris
  • Ability to configure systems and hardware for compliance standards
  • Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Cyber Security Workforce certification (Security Plus, CISSP, Etc)
The likely salary range for this position is $102,000 - $138,000, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
