The ideal candidate for an Equipment Service Tech would be able to do the following:

• Furnish technical assistance to ASA technicians, customers, sales Reps, and consultants to include, but not be limited to troubleshooting, field installation, supervision of start-ups, and equipment recommendations
• Understand and provide technical support on electrical gas, mechanical, and refrigeration systems when required internally
• Handle customer calls/complaints about service-related issues
• Gather, sort, and communicate warranty information within the company in order to initiate corrective actions, when necessary

For a candidate to be successful as an Equipment Service Tech, they must have:

• Experience in the service industry as a technician or comparable position.
• Computer experience that includes Excel and Word
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
