Boutique CPA firm located in Palm Desert, California. Serving the Coachella Valley since 1990. Specializing in complex and small business tax returns.
We are looking to grow the firm with the ideal candidate.
The ideal candidate will hold an accounting degree or CPA license with a minimum of 3 years income tax preparation experience. The job will entail preparation and review of income tax returns for individuals, companies and trusts as well as bookkeeping services.
We offer a competitive benefit compensation and bonus package.
Salary is commensurate with experience.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of public accounting experience preferred
- Bachelors degree in Accounting
- Licensed CPA or enrolled agent preferred
- Microsoft Office, QuickBooks and Lacerte proficient
Desired Characteristics:
- Self starter with ability to work on multiple projects with minimal supervision
- Must possess high integrity and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills and organizational abilities
- Attention to detail with strong follow-through skills
- Willingness and ability to follow established processes and procedures.

This will be an in office position, located in Palm Desert, California.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
