Talent Acquisition Specialist Job at United Energy Workers Healthcare

We are seeking a full time recruiter, with our shared values, to become a part of our team! The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting home healthcare workers.
Responsibilities for Recruiter:
Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
Perform reference checks
Assist with onboarding and new hire processes
Work with office managers and field leaders to discuss hiring needs
Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
Maintain our ATS in Paycom and be willing to assist others with the ATS
Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
Work under the direction of the Recruiting Manager
Know the difference between sourcing independent contractors and employees
Qualifications for Recruiter:
2 years of recruiting experience preferred
Experience in the healthcare industry preferred
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Comfortable making decisions independently
Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems
Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations
Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
