Summary/objective:
We are adding a Talent Acquisition Manager to our team. Are you a go getter, like to build relationships and develop new programs to attract top talent? This could be the perfect role for you. Our Talent Acquisition Manager will partner with hiring managers on staffing needs and will execute the sourcing, development of relationships, coordination of interviews and hiring of top talent for our organization. Being successful in this role is building relationships and partnerships with the people in the construction industry, rolling out innovative strategies to reach this market and adding value to their candidate experience, in turn strengthening our pipeline of talent. Our Talent Acquisition Manager will also develop and manage the following programs:
- Intern / Co-Op Program
- College Relationship Development
Essential functions:
- Provides the highest standards of customer service and serve as the point of contact for all managers regarding recruitment.
- Execute full cycle recruiting and pipeline plans.
- Ensures integrity of applicant tracking data and compose appropriate reports for management.
- Ensures full compliance with all regulatory agency requirements & maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
