What you should know about the Talent Acquisition Campus & Community Recruiter...

This position is responsible for developing and managing external relationships including universities, diversity suppliers, and community partnerships in support of diversifying the talent acquisition needs of The Bank. Will partner with internal stakeholders including TA Partners, L&D, Marketing, and Social Impact teams to effectively attract & maintain pipelines of early career professionals and support

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include:

• In partnership with TAM, develops and implements a recruiting strategy to incorporate various sourcing methods to pipeline qualified candidates in support of the Bank's talent acquisition needs. Facilitates the attendance of cyclical events in proactive fashion to include universities, community partners (ie., veteran, disability, minority groups, etc.), and Bank-hosted events. Secures additional attendees to said events (as needed) based on relevance to business group or event.
• Identifies and develops external relationships with strategic partners in support of diversifying The Bank's talent needs. Liasions with appropriate internal stakeholders to be support in those relationships (TAP's, Business Leaders, etc.)
• Responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and facilitating the hires for early career programs including, but not limited to, Summer Associate Program, Credit Trainee Program, 360 Program, and Management Trainee Program.
• Meets consistently with expanded Talent Acquisition team to support hiring needs on an ongoing basis. Will leverage talent pipelines to proactively match qualified candidates to teams opportunistically. Will help develop events for unique hiring needs and support TA team from a sourcing perspective.
• Partners with Marketing team to develop materials for use in attracting a diverse talent base. Ensures our messaging and items are consistent with broad company branding initiatives and creating a positive candidate experience.
• Supports Talent Development and broader HR team in expanding and fine-tuning these programs year over year.

To be successful, your background should match these qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a talent acquisition function
• Bachelor’s degree (BA, BS, BBA, etc.) preferred, or equivalent experience considered. High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have experience attending campus/career events as a company representative.
• Diversity Recruiter Certification a plus
• Must be enthusiastic, creative, able to speak publically in a mature and responsible way.
• Must have strong communication skills and the ability to comfortably interact with internal stakeholders, candidates, and community partners at all levels in a professional yet engaging way.

Compensation:

Signature Bank offers a base salary in this position with a range of $35.00 - $45.00/hourly, dependent on qualifications and experience. In addition, there is an annual bonus plan that is paid based on merit and performance in the role.
