Managers have the opportunity to earn between $32k and $45k per year PLUS bonuses, commissions, on-going spiffs and promotions.

Retail Store Managers to have the tools, training and leadership required to make a great living while providing the best possible service to our customers. We are seeking motivated retail sales Managers who are willing to help their team of Mobile Experts develop into sales rock stars!

As a Wireless Retail
Store
Manager, you will:
- Act as a mentor to your team of mobile experts to help them grow and develop
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience that promotes customer loyalty and strengthens the T-Mobile brand
- Hire, Schedule and Supervise your team
- Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Maintain an outgoing personality to ensure friendliness and positivity in the workplace
What’s required of a Retail Store Manager?
- High School diploma or equivalent
- T-Mobile wireless management experience preferred
- Six months in retail sales management or related experience preferred
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Multitasking and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Fast learner for an everyday changing environment
- Basic computer skills (word processing, email, google sheets or excel)
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time (Up to 10 hours)
- Must be able to lift boxes up to 25 lbs.
