Job Overview
Under general supervision and accord to established policies and procedures, provides administrative support for the implementation and maintenance of the electronic birth certificate system, reporting systems for the necessary OB statistics, oversees billing issues and updates as appropriate, and works with medical records regarding documentation issues.
Qualifications
- Work requires the level of knowledge normally acquired through completion of two or three years of occupation-specific education beyond high school or an Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or a closely related field and one to two years of previous work related experience, are required.
- Work requires the analytical ability to draft and edit the content of business and technical documents, conduct formal/orientation sessions for employees and/or patients, assign and follow-up on the work of other employees.
- Perform other duties requiring a comparable level of communication skills.
