Position Title: System Architect / Business Systems Analyst

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Systems Architect / Business Systems Analyst to support our hydroelectric generation fleet across the United States. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to challenge themselves and grow their career. This position offers varied projects in the networking, communications, and business systems fields focusing on creating standardization and process efficiencies across the fleet. The projects will vary from small to very large projects and offer the candidate travel opportunities and exposure opportunities throughout the organization.

Primary Responsibilities

• Effectively works across departmental organizations as assigned to investigate and resolve network / communications challenges
• Technical architecture and recommendations related to overall systems operations both operational and business
• Expected to serve as a top-level contributor with a working knowledge of network and business systems administration and integration
• Expected to achieve a high level of technical expertise in order to identify products and services that best meet the needs of Eagle Creek
• Consistently demonstrates commitment to meet deadlines and priorities
• Performs routine preventive maintenance on systems software, applications, hardware, networking, and communications
• Performs miscellaneous job duties as assigned

Education and Experience

• College degree preferred or relevant job experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively across departments
• Knowledge of PC software and systems; technical aptitude and desire to learn
• Working knowledge of hardware, networking, and communications
• Ability to coordinate hardware, software, and network solutions

Position Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer performing repetitive tasks such as data-entry
• Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times
