We are a growing Property Services company looking for a new Sweeper Driver to add to our team. White Hat is a one-call solution for landscaping, parking lot sweeping, pressure washing, janitorial services, maintenance, repairs, construction, and tenant services, serving owners, property managers, and tenants since 1984. Having over 600 commercial and retail properties within our portfolio we understand the unique demands our property owners require, and with this growing demand our White Hat family needs to grow as well. Our team has a combined professional experience of over 150+ years within commercial property management, maintenance, repair, property improvement, construction, tenant services, and tenant relations, and we’re looking for the right candidate to bring their expertise and know-how to help grow these numbers.
The Sweeper Driver position is a hands on role and an ideal candidate should be a hard working and thorough member of the team with extreme attention to detail. Our Sweeper Drivers help maintain commercial properties parking lot cleanliness all throughout Southern California. Sweeper Drivers will be driving a parking lot sweeping vehicle to help meet our customers needs.
Responsibilities:
- Follow your daily route to complete all properties on schedule
- Drive through parking lots to maintain cleanliness
- Clean and remove all trash using equipment
- Step out vehicle to chang out trash liners
