Wilco Electrical, LLC is a well-established and expanding utility contractor throughout Florida, working largely on Florida Power and Light projects and distribution systems. We are seeking an Supply Chain Specialist in our Royal Palm Beach office. Job duties include management of inventory, creating material requests, leading inventory associates, and upkeeping the overall functionality of the inventory tracking in the facility. A good candidate will have solid organizational skills and be able to independently manage their time and organize employees to be productive. This position is full-time, Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM. Pay range $25-30 hourly, dependent on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee operations of material handling to ensure that all incoming and outgoing inventory is processed accordingly

· Accountable for accuracy of receiving documents and intake of deliveries placed into proper areas in a timely manner

· Implementation of a forward planning & scheduling process to minimize shortages & backorders

· Participates in daily review of material issues and convert issues into actionable items

· Create and submit order information for projects and regular stock product/materials

· Preparing organizational projects for inventory associates

· Communicate with upper management on material discrepancies and back ordering issues

· Preparing schedules for inventory associates, training new employees on how to use machinery and monitoring compliance with safety standards

· Train, supervise, and evaluate the performance of assigned employees and assign workloads

· Continuously organizing to maximize efficiency and material flow

· Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by management for the smooth and efficient operation of material handling

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree or 5 years equivalent experience (required)

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel

· Able to lift up to 50 lbs. to shoulder height and above

· Ability to prioritize and multitask

· Driven to implement and execute plans

· Strong attention to detail

· ​High level of organizational skills, integrity, and accuracy
