The Opportunity
We have an immediate opening for a Supply Chain Product Manager. Welcome to the digitalization and Business Transformation world! This position will design the future of the Supply Chain and Global Service Offers to our Customers. It is a challenging and cross-functional role requiring strong leadership.
This position is based in Greenville, SC situated just about halfway between Charlotte, North Carolina and Atlanta, Georgia. Greenville's friendly, thriving downtown and surrounding areas are full of year-round activities for all ages. The North America Region is going through a huge Business Transformation aiming at co-designing with our customers the way that we will operate more efficiently in the future. As the Supply Chain Product Manager within this Program, you will be in charge of designing and coordinating the execution of this future way of working in strong coordination with Sales, Marketing, Industry and Finance.
The main objectives are to:
  • Clarify the target service offers through co-design with our customers: design a smart and segmented approach that will fit our target IT solutions
  • Coordinate the execution: ensure that all the domains within the North America Region are aligned on the target
  • Ensure that the IT implementation will match the design and address the customers’ requirements
  • Coordinate with Change Management (dedicated Team) to ensure appropriate transition with both our Customers and the Operations
  • Lead cross-functionally across the organization, and with customers, to deliver targets KPI’s and ensure execution and implementation on time and on budget

What You’ll Bring
The Product Manager will bring
  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or Supply Chain. An MBA with a relevant focus is a plus.
  • Several years’ experience on a similar business transformation program involving an ERP
  • Experience in an operational supply chain role such as Supply Chain Manager, Supply Team or S&OP Coordinator
  • Certifications such as CPIM, Lean or other equivalent
