The Cinema Staff Supervisor is responsible for day-to-day operations of the theatre complex and provides direct oversight of cinema employees. They will be responsible for overseeing different areas such as multiple Food and Beverage concepts which will include traditional concession stand, food court stand, bars, box office, and ushers. The Staff supervisor must possess excellent customer service skills, able to effectively train and develop employees about our operational expectations and business philosophy, and consistently deliver a positive movie-going experience for all customers. The Staff Supervisor is responsible for the management and oversight of the day-to-day operations of the theatre complex including, but not limited to, the following:
Present self as professional and well-groomed;
Greet and direct customers in a friendly and courteous manner;
Commit to the standards of the Showcase brand:
o Provide a professional (inclusive, respectful, responsive) and welcoming (friendly) environment;
o Support a simple and worry free environment (clean and safe);
o Makes service enjoyable, fun and memorable;
o Sell Showcase offerings (exclusive formats, loyalty programs, branded programs);
o Own service recovery;
Must adhere to defined cleaning and safety protocols including wearing assigned PPE, maintaining social distance and properly utilizing tools for the health and safety of themselves and others;
Provide training and direction to all employees;
Work with management to create and coordinate all employees’ break schedule daily;Motivate subordinates to meet business objectives and company expectations;
Ensure compliance with operational procedures through oversight, observation and reaction;
Communicate performance and behavior expectations to subordinates, observing performance and behavior of subordinates and providing direction and support where needed;
Reliably handle cash, inventory and other items of value; and
Stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours. Management reserves the right to add or modify duties and/or responsibilities as needed. Competencies

Successfully pass a full background check. Supervisory Responsibility This position supervises all cinema employees. Work Environment This job operates in a professional customer service environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, projectors, food service equipment and point of sale
***Required Qualifications***
- MUST have theatre and or fast food service environment.
- MUST have at least 6 months- 1 year supervisory experience.
