Janitor
Sun-Maid Raisin Growers of California in Kingsburg is currently looking to hire Sanitation Workers.
Sanitation Graveyard shift: available to work 10PM to 6AM and Over Time when needed. Hourly pay $15.53.
Job summary.
Must be able to operate and maintain equipment properly by following directions.
Clean work area to meet USDA standards.
Clean equipment/work areas at end of production.
Clean plug-ups on various lines.
Maintain transfer belts, shaker and chutes clean.
Remove pans from third dock and store in proper location.
Shovel fruit off the floor and into pans or waste chutes.
Previous experience a plus but not required.
Union environment/Union dues.
Must be able to work in all conditions and work safely in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements ;
Must pass background check, drug screening and physical test.
High School diploma or equivalent, a plus
Must have the ability to speak, read and write English language
Good math skills, basic computer skills may be required
High degree of attention required to prevent injury to others; promote a safe work environment
Follow instructions for operating equipment and keeping records
Execute assignments in an accurate, timely and safe manner
Maintain a clean & safe environment
Must follow instructions of supervisor and crew leader.
