We are currently recruiting for a Summer Analyst for the Equity Capital Markets team:

Equity Capital Markets (ECM): TD Securities’ Equity Capital Markets Group advises corporations and financial sponsors on the origination, structuring, marketing and execution of both public and private equity and equity-related products. The team works closely with TD Securities Investment Banking and Institutional Sales and Trading professionals to deliver tailored solutions for our clients. TD Securities continues to expand its U.S. Equity Capital Markets platform consistent with the firm’s growth in other business lines within the U.S. market. TD Securities’ dedicated Private Equity Capital Markets team within ECM is a key building block in the firm’s strategy to deliver end-to-end solutions for its North American clients.

The Summer Analyst role will have the opportunity to work with both the Private Capital Markets and Public ECM Origination teams based out of New York.

• Must be eligible for employment under regulatory standards applicable to the position.

• Graduation date between December 2023 to June 2024 (undergraduate degree)
• All majors welcome, but significant coursework in a business-related field is required
• Strong financial/analytical skills, knowledge of MS Excel preferred
• Well-organized and detail oriented
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and establish priorities with minimal supervision
• Proactive and highly motivated
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Successful candidates must have the capacity to become adept at financial modeling
• Able to work effectively in a team environment and independently
