Based on 40 years of experience providing therapeutic schools to students impacted by trauma, our NeuroLogic® training not only focuses on trauma’s impact on the brain, but also provides interventions and strategies that can help bring growth and healing to those impacted brain regions. We offer a variety of custom training and coaching options to meet the needs of schools.

Summary: Work with Elementary Emotional Support Students in the Exeter Township School District, helping them identify, manage, and overcome the challenges that are negatively impacting their education. Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other school staff to share the tools and strategies that will best support each individual student.

Description:

• Support students and assess their needs as they relate to behavioral goals, future planning and available services.
• Consult and collaborate with other professionals regarding students’ treatment, progress, and delivery of services.
• Collaborate with and educate staff regarding behavioral needs of students.
• Assist with crisis response as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Candidate must have a masters degree in counseling, social work, or a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with students, families, colleagues, and community resources.
• Experience working within a school setting.
• Preferred but not required for candidates to be licensed as a mental health care professional (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT).

All Positions Require: Current Pennsylvania Criminal, FBI and Childline clearances, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Sexual Misconduct/ Abuse Disclosure release(s), and a signed Physician’s Affidavit/TB Test results.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
