Strategic Admin, you will work cross functionally to support the various verticals of the business, working directly with the founding partners to fulfill business and client needs on a daily basis. This role is critical to the business and to our clients because without it, we lack the ability to effectively deliver the work product that allows our clients to grow.

Responsibilities:

● Be a self starter that proactively identifies inefficient processes or business needs and takes action to improve/correct them with partner support.

● Maintain a healthy and timely communication practice with team members to ensure effective achievement of goals and work product.

● Support on producing engaging, brand first, data backed strategic assets, presentations and reports for our clients.

● Help to develop weekly agendas, meeting notes and materials that ensure our meetings run smoothly and efficiently.

● Help to develop, manage and lead best practices in digital asset creation and organization across various platforms.

● Support on handling client facing communication, scheduling, and project management.
● Manage, support and communicate with Seaker partners, advisors and third party vendors to help ensure we are getting the support we need on general business activities.

● Help on logistical planning, travel planning and general event planning needs.
● Help us continue to achieve our mission of providing clarity and consensus among ourselves and our clients through clear communication and management.
● Be a source of enthusiasm, positivity, and bring the jokes if you got ‘em!
● Other duties as assigned may arise in the scope of work.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3-5 years of Admin experience in a similar role.
● 2-4 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate / Brick and Mortar retail, restaurant and/or location based entertainment Industry preferred.
Must be skilled and knowledgeable in all Google Suite tools. (Google Drive, Google Docs,

Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Forms, Gmail)
● Must be skilled and knowledgeable in all Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel,

Powerpoint).
● Must have experience working with Smartsheet PM platform.
● Comfortable with Slack platform communication and management.
● Basic graphic design skills are a major plus.
● Experience with interpreting Data Visualization tools is a plus (e.g. Placer.ai).
● Be comfortable with autonomy to make necessary improvements to your processes and the processes of the business.
● Be comfortable providing honest and candid feedback to the Partners.
● Be a caring communicator who knows how to convey your message with truth and grace.
