ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Ensuring the SWQCP has been submitted for review prior to earth disturbing activities
• Facilitate Pre-Disturbance meeting
• Ensuring SWQCP is implemented properly
• Performing storm water site inspections
• Attend pre-construction meetings as needed
• Attend progress meeting as needed
• Accompanying personnel from IDEM or INDOT during site visits

Qualifications

• Level 2 SWQM certification along with two (2) years of experience required
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Must have good organization skills
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast paced, high-pressure environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Problem solving skills with attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
