HAZARD/CORRECTIVE ACTION

START OF SHIFT:

Promptly, at the start of the shift, the employee will review the work schedule, check the equipment and supplies required to perform the work scheduled, comply with PPE requirements, and otherwise prepare for duties.

HOUSKEEPING:

The employee will perform housekeeping duties, keep floors clean, and keep work areas neat and clean.

Task 1: The Associate oversees, inputs information, coordinates unloading of trucks of all incoming good to the receiving area.

Lift < 10 lb; P/P < 10 lb; ROM: fingering/grasping/lifting/carrying/push-pulling/bending/reaching.

Slip/trip: Wear appropriate footwear & Eyes On Task; Overextension: Lift within personal limits.

Task 2: The Associate uses a pallet jack to move unloaded pallets to keep the receiving area clear and workable.

Task 3: The Associate oversees the breakdown of pallets and the loading of departmental U boats.

Task 8: The Associate oversees use of compactor and makes bales in the bailer. The Associate uses a pallet jack and pallets to roll bales out of bailer then load them on a truck.

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
