Oklahoma City Wranglers Stadium Manager (Full Time)
Manage activities of event staff, personnel, and vendors to ensure successful execution of team
related events.
Coordinate services for events, including but not limited to accommodation and
transportation for participants, facilities, catering, signage, displays, special needs
requirements, printing, and event security.
Plan and develop programs, agendas, budgets, and services according to event
requirements.
Evaluate and select providers of services and negotiate contracts with such service
providers and suppliers.
Obtain permits from fire and health departments to erect displays and exhibits and serve
food at events.
Hire, train, and supervise volunteers and support staff required for events.
Direct administrative details, such as financial operations, dissemination of promotional
materials, and responses to inquiries.
Inspect event facilities to ensure that they conform to requirements.
Confer with staff at the event site to coordinate details.
Conduct post-event evaluations to determine how future events could be improved.
Maintain records of event aspects, including financial details.
