Who We Need:
We are currently looking for a Full Time Senior Group Home Manager to join our Team in Mercer County.
What You Need:
- Associate Degree preferred, 2-3 Years Supervision experience required; this role will require you to oversee two Group Homes, which includes Shift Managers & Direct Support Professionals.
- Complete performance appraisals in a timely and professional manner
- Intervene in corrective action
- Maintain all State of New Jersey Licensure Files
- Prepare all staff schedules, and ensure appropriate staffing
- Provide on-call support and oversite
- Programming Duties include but are not limited to: review program error reports; audit monthly paperwork; attend meetings
- Group Home Operations: ensure Group Homes operate within budget; audit consumer finances; maintain Medication inventory and proper administration
